霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）与非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）都是淋巴组织的肿瘤性疾病，都是恶性的病，都表现为淋巴结的无痛性进行性肿大。在临床表现上很相似，但略有不同，病理组织学不完全一样。HL和NHL的病理和临床表现各有不同特点：这些特点都是相对的，只供临床参考。
