近年来，美国心脏病学会（ACC）和美国心脏协会（AHA）不断更新其心力衰竭治疗指南。但每部指南都不可能是完美的，所以以往的指南仍需要继续更新。

一、生物标志物

第一次指南更新是生物标志物的相关内容，这类标志物在心衰诊断中具有重要的作用。医生可能对呼吸困难的患者一无所知，但BNP可以帮你鉴别患者是心脏病变还是肺部病变。
